Alliance Flooring Distribution’s new 180,000sq ft unit at Worcester Six is now complete!

Stoford worked on the unit for Alliance, which is a subsidiary of Victoria PLC, moving from Kidderminster to the new Unit 7.

To meet environmental targets, the new unit is net-zero for carbon and features electric vehicle charging points and solar panels on the roof.

Stoford also created two ponds on-site, which improves the look and feel of the site, as well as encourage biodiversity.

Contractor Benniman has been appointed to build the unit, which will comprise 157,000 sq ft of warehousing, as well as 21,000 sq ft of offices and extra space.
